The cardio area consists of a stationary bike, a rowing machine as well as a pair of cross-trainers and treadmills.
There’s a fair selection of dumbbells ranging from 9 to 39 lbs/4-18 kgs, two adjustable benches and a cable machine with adjustable “arms”.
They have yoga mats, there’s a Bosu ball and medicine balls (up to 12 lbs/5,5 kgs).
