Dumbbells range from 5 go up to 50 lbs/2 to 22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.

As for cardio equipment, there’re a spinning bike, three treadmills, and two cross-trainers.

Accessories include medicine balls (from 6 to 20lbs/3 to 9 kgs), two exercise balls, a Bosu ball, a foam roller, and exercise mats.

I was happy to see that there was a manual scale as well as seven workout mats for guests to use while working out.

It was nice that they had complimentary towels, a water cooler, and disinfectant wipes too.

Yes, it’s a well-equipped hotel gym which provides varied workouts.

If you’re into warming up before tossing some weights around or looking for a nice cardio session, there’re two cross trainers and three treadmills.

There’s a fair selection of dumbbells if you’re not looking to lift too heavy as well as an adjustable bench.

There’re medicine balls, exercise balls as well as a Bosu ball.
