There’re dumbbells going up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and an adjustable bench.
There’s also a cable machine with a fair selection of handles.
As for cardio equipment, there’s a stationary bike, a cross-trainer and a treadmill.

It’s very small and simple but does have enough equipment to get in a full body workout.
