There’s a super selection of dumbbells going as heavy as 75 lbs/34 kgs and an adjustable bench to work with.

There’s also a fair selection of weight-based machines covering seated leg presses, lat pull-downs, chest presses, leg curls and leg extensions.

As for cardio equipment, there’re two stationary bikes, two cross-trainers and three treadmills.

Accessories include medicine balls and exercise balls.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The hotel gym was adequate, clean, and spacious.

They would benefit from an additional bench.

I liked the large, mirrored wall, multiple tv’s and that it offers 24-hour access.
