There’re cross-trainers, treadmills and stationary bikes.
They have dumbbells and adjustable benches and there’s even a cable machine as well as weight-based machines covering lat pull-downs, chest and shoulder presses and rear delt or chest flys.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? No.

The equipment was all very new. There was enough equipment to get a complete workout in if you know what you are doing. There’re plenty of cardio machines and even a set of cables with a pullup bar.
Although there’s a fair selection of dumbbells, one 20 lbs/9 kgs and one 24 lbs/11 kgs dumbbell were missing.
There’re very large locker rooms for men and women which are attached to an outdoor pool and spa.
The gym closes at 6pm due to COVID-19 but that was the only downside.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes, I would stay here again as this was an exceptional hotel gym for downtown Los Angeles.
