Dumbbells range from 15 to 50lbs/7 to 22kgs and there’re two adjustable benches.

There’s also a dual cable machine.

As for cardio equipment, there were four treadmills, two cross-trainers, one stepper and two stationary bikes.

There’s also a Bosu ball, a digital scale, two medicine balls (4 and 6lbs/2 and 3kgs) and a workout mat.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

In reference to this gym, I was most surprised that the hotel gym was divided into two separate rooms. In the first room, there’s strength training equipment and in the second there’s cardio equipment.

Besides the complimentary water and towels, disinfectant wipes and tissue were available.
