There’s a chest press machine, a biceps/triceps machine, a lat pull-down and row machine, a seated leg press machine, a leg extension machine, two machines targeting abs and large cable machine.

They also have two sets of dumbbells – both going up to 50 lbs/22 kgs – and there’s a pair of adjustable benches as well.

They even had a barre workout area.

As for cardio equipment, there’re three treadmills, two Peloton bikes, three cross-trainers and a stationary bike.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

What a facility! So many choices! Great views out over downtown Lexington.

A couple negatives they could address: It’s really hot in the afternoon as the sun beats down into the large window area. Some shades would be a nice addition.

They also had a few broken attachments for the lat pulldown machine. Getting those replaced would be great.

The hotel gym is next to the indoor pool, so sometimes that can get a little loud if a lot of kids are in the pool.

Yes! It’s among the top hotel gyms I’ve seen.
