Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s a couple of adjustable benches to work with – also the decline option.
There’s a cable machine and several pin-operated machines as well – for example, lat pull-downs, leg curls, seated leg presses, chest presses, etc.
As for cardio, there’re two stationary bikes, five cross-trainers and four treadmills.

The hotel gym was clean although it could’ve used a little towel restocking. However, I was there at 5am and glad there were still some available.
The hotel gym is accessible 24/7 with your room key.
They didn’t have a squat rack, but everything else was sufficient.
It didn’t feel crowded.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes, it’s one of the bigger, more spacious hotel gyms and had everything I needed.
