Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s a pair of adjustable benches to work with.
There’s also a dual cable machine with a nice assortment of attachments.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’s a stationary bike, two cross-trainers and three treadmills.
As for accessories, there exercise balls, medicine balls, foam rollers and an ab wheel.

This hotel gym was quite nice and sufficient in terms of equipment.
The medicine balls and exercise balls were a nice touch!
Equipment is somewhat limited, but you could definitely get a great workout in.
