Equipment
There’re plenty of kettlebells and dumbbells and two adjustable benches to work with. There’s also a dual cable machine with a fair selection of handles.
As for cardio equipment, there’s a stationary bike (TechnoGym’s version of the Peloton bike), a cross-trainer and a treadmill.
Accessories include foam roller, two exercise balls and several slam balls.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

Bonvoy Marriott got the Moxy right! While the location of the hotel is on the outskirts of town, they certainly located the hotel gym in the perfect spot! Watching the sunrise, overlooking the beautiful Charleston bridge, large wide windows throughout the hotel gym which is open 24/7. New clean equipment facing the sunrise is always a bonus in my book.
The only thing this little hotel gym is missing is a yoga mat to for stretching. It’s possible that the hotel is new and therefore haven’t gotten them in yet, but that would be my only strike.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes, not because of the location of the hotel, but because I liked the hotel gym.
