There’s a nice selection of dumbbells (1 to 88 lbs/2 to 40kgs) and an adjustable bench.
There’re medicine balls (up to 15 lbs/7 kgs) and exercise mats as well.
Cardio equipment consists of two cross-trainers, three treadmills and a stationary bike.
