As for cardio equipment, there’re two stationary bikes, three cross-trainers and five treadmills as well as two Peloton bikes!

Weight-based machines cover chest presses, shoulder presses, lat pull-downs as well as leg curls and leg extensions. There’s even a cable machine with a wide variety of handles.

There’s a nice selection of kettlebells and dumbbells and two adjustable benches plus exercise balls and medicine balls.

The hotel gym is open 24/7.

Kettlebells range from 26 to 53 lbs/12 to 24 kgs.

There’re two racks of dumbbells – one ranging from 1 to 50 lbs/2 to 22 kgs and another going up to 22 lbs/10 kgs.

The best features are the state-of-the-art treadmills with sprinting programs that are easy to set up and two Peloton bikes for which the hotel maintains guest accounts so you can log-in at any Westin hotel. All the Westin hotels have them now.

The only downside about this hotel gym is that there aren’t any windows.
