There’s a limited selection of dumbbells – that’s it for weight-based training.

As for cardio equipment, there’s a treadmill, a stationary bike, a cross-trainer and a Peloton bike.

Accessories include medicine balls, an exercise ball and an exercise mat.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

Picked this hotel off the pictures on their website, which included in incline/decline bench and some dumbbells. Unfortunately, the bench was gone when I arrived.

They did have a Peloton bike, which was unexpected.

Overall, the hotel gym seemed smaller than in the pictures and I had to sit on a balance ball to do my workout, which added some variety and instability.

The hotel gym was open 24/7, if I recall correctly.

I’d say if I was looking specifically for somewhere that had a good gym that I would look elsewhere first (there are a number of hotels in the area with pictures of gyms equivalent or superior to what was actually on site) and the lack of a bench was disappointing.
