Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs, there’re two adjustable benches and a decline bench.
There’s also a dual cable machine with a fair selection of attachments.
In terms of pin-operated machines, there’s leg curls, leg extensions, shoulder presses, lat pull-downs, chest presses and even a Smith machine with plenty of weight plates.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two rowing machines, three cross trainers, four stationary bikes and four treadmills.
As for accessories, there’re step benches, a foam roller, medicine balls, exercise balls and exercise mats.

The hotel gym is open from 6am to 10pm.
It’s spacious, equipment appears relatively new and well-maintained.
It would’ve been nice if there’d been a squat rack, a barbell bench press setup or a seated leg-press machine and if they dumbbells had gone a little higher. However, for a hotel gym, it was still pretty good.
