There’re dumbbells from 5 to 50 lbs/2 to 22 kgs as well as two adjustable benches.

There’s also a dual cable machine with a fair selection of handles.

As for cardio equipment, there were three treadmills, two cross-trainers and two stationary bikes – all of these with TV monitors attached. There’s even a Peloton bike.

Accessories cover medicine balls – between 4 and 10 lbs/2 and 5 kgs – and a Bosu ball.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? No.

The hotel gym is open 24 hours a day.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a device called the “Stretch-partner” to assist with stretch post workout.

Although complimentary towels and disinfectant wipes are provided in the fitness center, water is not provided so gym goers will need to bring their own water.

Yes, I’d stay there again because of the variety of equipment available as well as how spacious the hotel gym was.
