Dumbbells go up to 44 lbs/20 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches (including a decline version).

There’s also a bench for back extensions and machines for leg curls, leg extensions, chest presses and lat pull-downs.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’s a rowing machine, a cross-trainer, a treadmill and a stationary bike.

Accessories include exercise mats and an exercise ball.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The hotel gym opens at 6:30am and close at 8pm – if I remember correctly – which is quite disappointing.

The mirrors do not go all the way to the floor.

Disinfectant only available as a spray, no wipes to distribute.

No, the opening hours of the hotel gym are inconvenient – and since I’m a streak runner, I’d prefer running outside or chose a hotel with a hotel gym that offers a larger selection of equipment.
