Dumbbells go up to 22 lbs/10 kgs and there’s also an adjustable bench.
As for cardio equipment, there’s a rowing machine, a spinning-like bike, a stationary bike, two treadmills and a cross-trainer.
Accessories include medicine balls and exercise mats.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

If you want to do more than cardio, this isn’t the hotel gym for you. The dumbbells are very limited and there’s no cable equipment to speak of.
I would’ve preferred heavier dumbbells. I was thinking of doing a pull day, and that really wasn’t possible with the limited equipment,
The hotel gym itself was clean and well maintained though.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
