There’s a solid selection of dumbbells as well as a handful of adjustable benches – including the decline option.

There’s also an impressive range of pin-operated machines – for example, dual cable machines, lat pull-downs, shoulder presses, crunches and leg presses. There’s even a flat as well as incline barbell bench press setup, a tower for dips, chin-ups and pull-ups, a Smith machine and a kinesis cable machine.

Accessories include medicine balls, exercise balls, exercise mats, foam rollers, Bosu balls and elastics.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

It’s a massive hotel gym with a weight room, a cardio room and a studio room for yoga, stretching and group classes.

The equipment is brand new, everything worked and everything was clean.

I was very surprised to see they had a hack squat machine – my regular gym doesn’t even have one! They had everything I needed and more, not missing anything I could think of.

Yes! It’s by far the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen!
