As for strength-training, there’s a handful of TechoGym kinesis machines covering lat pull-downs, seated rows, core-focused exercises, shoulder presses and chest presses.
There’re also a few dumbbells including an adjustable set as well as an adjustable bench.
There’s also a TRX setup.
As for cardio, there’re two treadmills, a cross-trainer and a stationary bike.
They have exercise balls, exercise mats, medicine balls, foam rollers and a Bosu ball too.
