Equipment
A fairly decent range of dumbbells although somewhat limited to lower weights. There’s a squat rack with a fair selection of weight plates. There’s also a few kettle bells and a cable machine.
Cardio-wise there’s a treadmill, a stationary bike and a cross-trainer.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The hotel gym is open from 6am to 11pm and there’s a spa next door.
The hotel gym was clean and the temperature well adjusted.
At the time of my visit, rather loud music was playing on the speakers. I was unable to find the remote/switch to turn it down making it senseless to listen to my own music on my headphones.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
It’s unlikely – I’ll probably look for other hotels with better hotel gyms.
