There’s a fair range of weight-based machines allowing you to do a basic workout.

There’s a limited range of weights for the one and only available barbell – and I’m not sure if the barbell actually belonged to a personal trainer assisting a client.

Dumbbells only go up until 31 lbs/14 kgs.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’s a cross-trainer, a stair-master and a handful of treadmills.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes. 

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

Maybe the air condition wasn’t working properly, but there was a bad/strange smell in the gym.

Depending on in which part of the hotel buildings your room is located, you might need to walk a bit to get to the hotel gym. However, there’s a “bridge” connecting the different buildings allowing you stay inside.

There’s an indoor pool available just next to the hotel gym.

Although there’s Wi-Fi at the gym, the stability is close to useless.

Since this is a Four Points hotel, I actually expected more from the hotel gym. Due to limited equipment and a strange/bad smell, I’ll probably seek out other, better options – it should be possible, the price level considered.
