There’s a nice selection of dumbbells in a separate area of the hotel gym along with a pair of adjustable benches.
There’s also a number of pin-operated machines – for example, back extensions, ab crunches, lat pull-downs, barbell shoulder presses and leg extensions.
As for cardio, there’re three cross-trainers, a treadmill and three spinning-like bikes.

The hotel gym is open 24/7 and everything was in good working condition.
Having treadmills facing the outside is nice because there’re animals out there to watch while walking or running.
