The hotel gym is very small! There’re three treadmills, two stationary bikes and a few yoga mats and foam rollers – that’s it! There aren’t any weights of any kinds.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? No.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Not sure.

Towels were part of the hotel amenities, but not hotel gym amenities.
The hotel offers free hot drinks and cold water in the main lounge area, but not in the hotel gym area.
Part of the hotel gym area are massage chairs and onsen (Japanese mineral bath house) as part of amenities.
Opening hours are from 6am until noon – and the again from 3pm to midnight.
It would’ve been nice if there’d at least been some weights – dumbbells up to at least 50 lbs/22 kgs and a bench, barbells, plates – anything!
Of course, if different machines or a cable machine were added it would be great too, but the hotel gym is so small – probably equivalent to like a large bedroom.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Not sure. Even though the hotel is nice, it’s not a great hotel gym.
