Dumbbells go up to 55 lbs/25 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well as a decline bench. There’re kettlebells too.
There’s a multi-gym making it possible to do leg extensions/curls, shoulder presses, lat pull-downs and seated rows.
There’s even a barbell bench press setup with plenty of weight plates.
As for cardio equipment, there’re two cross-trainers, a stationary bike and three treadmills.
Accessories include exercise balls, exercise mats, a foam roller and a Bosu ball.

It’s a fairly standard hotel gym with mainly cardio equipment, but an area for weights as well.
The best surprise was a bench with a proper Olympic bar and plates from 11-55 lbs/5-25 kgs.
The hotel gym is open 24/7.
