Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’re three adjustable benches including a decline version.
There’s a dual cable machine and pin-operated machines covering the following: leg extensions, lat pull-downs, shoulder presses and chest presses.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two cross-trainers, three stationary bikes, four treadmills and a rowing machine.
There’s a separate yoga/stretching room with step benches, yoga blocks, exercise balls, exercise mats and plyo boxes.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Not sure.

Opening hours are 24/7. However, the hotel gym isn’t staffed very early in the morning. Maybe that’s why I didn’t find any water or towels?
Although I was happy to see the cable machine, it was disappointing to see that the number of handles were quite limited.
Equipment appears slightly worn-out, but I’ve definitively seen much worse.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Probably – the hotel gym wasn’t anything crazy, but surely workable!
