Dumbbells go up to 90 lbs/40 kgs and there’re three adjustable benches.
There’s also a Smith machine and a dual cable machine as well as pin-operated machines such as lat pull-downs, chest presses and biceps curls.
Cardio equipment consists of five treadmills, three cross-trainers, three spinning like bikes and two stationary bikes.
Accessories include exercise balls, medicine balls, foam rollers and a Bosu ball.
