There’s a huge selection of dumbbells and kettlebells as well as adjustable benches.

They also have all the usual pin-operated machines – leg curls, leg extensions, seated leg presses, lat pull-downs, chest presses, shoulder presses, etc.

There’re cable machines as well as an incline as well as flat barbell bench press setup.

There’s even a cross-fit area with deadlift platforms and squat racks and plenty of weight plates and bars – including a hex bar.

There’s also an area dedicated to pushing/pulling a power sledge.

There’s a huge room only with cardio equipment including several treadmills, cross-trainers and stationary bikes as well as a pair of stair masters, a spinning-like bike and an arm bike!

Accessories cover Bosu balls, exercise balls, foam rollers, small balls, elastics, etc.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

I was positively surprised to see how big the hotel gym was! It included everything I wanted and all equipment was brand new.

I was also amazed by the recovery rooms (e.g. cold plunge, Himalayan salt rooms, zen rooms, etc.).

It was a cool feature that treadmills had phone chargers as a part of the machine.

The hotel gym is open 24/7. However, I’m unsure about the opening hours of the recovery rooms though.
