Dumbbells go up to 44 lbs/20 kgs and there’re two benches – a flat one and an adjustable one.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two treadmills, a cross-trainer and two stationary bikes.
There’s also a dual cable machine, but with a somewhat limited number of attachments – different versions of D handles and a wide bare – that’s it.
Accessories include two exercise balls and an exercise mat.

Although the hotel gym is open 24/7 and easily accessible with your room key card, it was somewhat disappointing.
It’s fairly small and equipment – although in good condition – fairly limited. You can surely get a fair workout in, but if I were to stay there for several days, I’d get bored.
It would’ve been nice if the cable machine had had rope handles and maybe a bar for lat pull-downs.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
