Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches including the decline option.
There’s a chest press machine and a leg curl machine as well.
In terms of cardio, there’re two cross-trainers and three treadmills.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The upside is that the hotel gym is accessible 24/7 via your room card.
However, the downside is that it’s relatively under-equipped. I’d expect more from a Courtyard hotel for sure, but maybe that’s just me!?
It’s not the biggest hotel gym, but if they’d cancel some of the cardio equipment, they’d have space for a cable machine and even a squat rack/bench press setup.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
No, it’s not very likely. The hotel gym is simply too under-equipped.
