Strength equipment consists of a dumbbell rack with weights from 5 to 75 lbs/2 to 34 kgs and there’re four weight benches – two of them are adjustable. There’s a Captain’s chair as well.

There’s a dual cable machine with weight from 10 to 200 lbs/4 to 90 kgs. There’s also a barbell bench press setup and a squat rack with weight plates ranging from 25lbs to 75lbs/10 to 34 kgs.

Cardio equipment consists of three treadmills, a cross-trainer, a stationary bike, and a StairMaster.

In terms of accessories, there’s a foam roller and two exercise mats.
