Kettlebells go up to 30 lbs/13 kgs, dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two treadmills, a cross-trainer and a spinning-like bike.
As for accessories, there’re bands, medicine balls, exercise mats and weight-based wall equipment for bands to do pull ups and other exercises to imitate cable machines.
