Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench.
There’s also a dual cable machine and a tower allowing for leg raises, chin-ups and pull-ups.
As for cardio machines there’re two treadmills, two stationary bikes and three cross-trainers.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

It’s a very small hotel gym with well-maintained cardio machines but limited weights. It was disappointing to see that there’s only one adjustable bench.
The complimentary water consisted of fresh cucumber or lemon water each day.
The dual cable machine helped to make up for light dumbbells but more attachments would’ve been helpful.

Yes – the hotel is nice which makes up for the basic hotel gym.
