Dumbbells go up to 31 lbs/14 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.
There’s also a “cable machine”, but unlike the standard ones, this one uses the force of elastics instead of cables.
As for cardio equipment, there’re two stationary bikes, two cross-trainers, two treadmills and a rowing machine.
Accessories include exercise mats, medicine balls and some elastics.

The hotel gym is open 24/7.
Besides complimentary water and towels, there’re complimentary headphones as well. Although I always bring my own, that’s a cool little feature.
It would’ve been nice if heavier dumbbells had been available. Ideally, I’d also prefer a standard dual cable machine instead of the alternative they had – or at least more options when it comes to handles/attachments. Hooking the elastics in place before being able to start a certain exercise was quite time-consuming.
Although you could do something with the elastic cable machine they did have, it seemed misplaced because you weren’t able to do any pull-ups/push-ups since the distance to the ceiling was simply too short.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Not sure! I like the coolness of the gym, but the range of available equipment could’ve been better – and I’d expect that from a hotel at this price level.
