Dumbbells go up to 44 lbs/20 kgs and there’re three benches – two of them adjustable.

There’s also a dual cable machine with a fair selection of handles and a Smith machine.

There’re a back extension bench and a big selection of pin-operated machines covering

lat pulldowns, rear/chest flys, back extensions, shoulder presses, chest presses, leg presses, biceps curls, seated rows, leg curls and leg extensions.

As for cardio, there’re seven treadmills, two stationary bikes and four cross-trainers.

Accessories include three plyo boxes, exercise mats, exercise balls, yoga blocks, foam rollers, elastics, a Bosu ball and medicine balls.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The hotel gym is open from 6am to 11pm.

It’s very spacious, well lit and everything appears clean and well maintained.

Besides cold water, hot water is also available.

There’s a separate aerobics area at the end of the hotel gym.

It would’ve been nice if they’d have had a barbell bench press and/or squat setup and heavier dumbbells, but the available equipment is surely way above average for a normal hotel!

Yes! Although the hotel is a little pricey, it’s surely worth it. This is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever used!

There’s a nice selection of dumbbells (up to 44 lbs/20 kgs) as well as adjustable benches.

There’s a Smith machine, a cable machine and several weight-based machines such as lat pulldowns, shoulder presses, chest presses, leg presses, etc.

Cardio covers treadmills, cross-trainers and stationary bikes.

Different types of accessories are available in the aerobics area. Exercise mats, exercise balls, medicine balls, a Bosu ball, elastics, foam rollers and yoga blocks.

They even have a few Pilates machines in the aerobics area!

The hotel gym is open from 6am to 10pm.

Equipment was in very good condition – the hotel gym itself was very clean and the temperature was well adjusted.

They had a lat pull-down machine, a cable machine and a leg press machine which is basically 80% of what I need. However, I would’ve been even happier if they’d have had a hack squat machine and a rowing machine

Besides the hotel gym, the hotel also has two swimming pools.

Yes! It’s surely better than most hotel gyms.
