Dumbbells go up to 80 lbs/36 kgs and there’re four adjustable benches.
There’s a Smith machine, three squat racks and a dual cable machine.
There’re a wide range of kettlebells and a solid selection of barbells as well.
They also have many pin-operated machines – for example, seated leg press, ab crunches, shoulder press, chest press, leg extensions and leg curls.
As for cardio equipment, there’re six treadmills, two cross-trainers, four stationary bikes, two rowing machines and a stair master.
Accessories include exercise mats, exercise balls, step benches and medicine balls.
