Equipment
Dumbbells go up to 60 lbs/ 27 kgs, kettlebells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s a pair of adjustable benches to work with.
There’s a handful of pin-operated machines covering leg presses, rear delt/and chest flys, lat pull-downs and chest presses. There’s also a wide cable machine with many stations.
There’re are close to 30 cardio machines covering rowing machines, cross-trainers and treadmills. There’s a stationary bike and even a Peloton bike and a Stair Master.
Accessories include foam rollers, exercise balls, exercise mats, medicine balls and a plyo box.

The equipment was brand new and machines were well maintained. Very clean!
I was impressed with the cable machine set up and the Precor machines were great!
I would’ve liked to see a power rack and standard barbell sets. Also, a designated area for stretching and mobility would’ve been nice, but overall really great though!
