There’s a dual cable machine and some weight-based machines; leg press, chest press and lat pull-downs.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re five treadmills, three cross-trainers and two stationary bikes.

I believe the hotel gym was open 24/7 – you need your room key to enter.
It’s well-equipped so you can get most of your workouts in.
It’s very clean and someone came in to restock and check on things each day I was working out
Besides complimentary towels and water, fruit is also available.
I was happy they had a cable machine, but I wish dumbbells went higher than 50 lbs/22 kgs. I would also have been nice if they’d had barbells or squat area.
