Dumbbells went up to 22 lbs/10 kgs, but all pairs weren’t complete. There’s a flat bench as well.
As for cardio equipment, there’re two stationary bikes, three treadmills and two cross-trainers.
Accessories include three exercise balls and two exercise mats.

Opening hours were from 8am to 5pm.
There wasn’t any air conditioning so was very hot.
Equipment was in very good condition and the hotel gym itself was clean.
I was disappointed to see there wasn’t any Smith machine as old photos of the hotel gym showed that it had one!
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
No, I wouldn’t stay there just for the hotel gym – equipment was far too limited and only really focused on cardio.
