Equipment
Dumbbells as well as kettlebells go up to 70 lbs/32 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench to work with.
There’s a dual cable machine with a fair selection of attachments and a squat rack/bench press setup.
As for pin-operated machines, there’s one for crunches, leg extensions/curls and rear delt/chest flys.
As for cardio, there’s a cross-trainer, a Ski-Erg, a treadmill, an arm bike, a rowing machine and a spinning-like bike.
Accessories include exercise balls, exercise mats and medicine balls.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? No.

The hotel gym is pretty well-equipped and everything is in good working order.
I was positively surprised to see that they had a bench press/squat rack – that’s not common in most hotel gyms. Normally, hotel gyms also don’t offer a wide range of kettlebell sets, but this one did!
Since the hotel gym is located in the basement, the ceiling can appear rather low.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Not sure – maybe not because of the pool, but because of the wellness center which has – among other things – an indoor as well as outdoor pool.
