Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.
They also have a handful of kettlebells, a dual cable machine and a Smith machine.
There’re also a handful of pin-operated machines – e.g. shoulder presses, chest/rear delt flys, seated leg presses, back extensions and lat pull-downs.
There’s a very extensive selection of cardio machines covering six treadmills (including a curved, self-powered version), six cross-trainers, a rowing machine, a Stairmaster and a Jacob’s ladder.
Accessories include slam balls, exercise balls and exercise mats.

The hotel gym is accessible 24/7 via the 3rd floor. Since it faces the pool, there’s a decent view.
The space is huge and the equipment is surely decent.
