Equipment
Dumbbells go up to 57 lbs/26 kgs, there’s a fair selection of kettlebells (two of each) and there’re three adjustable benches.
There’s a handful of weight-based machines – for example, lat pull-downs, leg extensions, chest presses and seated rows.
There’re a couple of dual cable machines and a squat rack/bench press setup with weight plates of up to 44 lbs/20 kgs – inside as well as outside.
There’s an excellent selection of cardio equipment – treadmills (three standard ones and one curved version for speed training), two rowing machines, two stationary bikes, a Peloton bike, a cross-trainer and a SkiErg.
As for accessories, they had all the usual items like exercise balls, exercise mats, stretching bands, yoga blocks, foam rollers, slam balls, medicine balls, etc.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.
Comments
The hotel gym is open 24/7 for guests and well-equipped for a hotel gym!
It’s well staffed at all times, kept consistently clean which is very nice and spacious enough for a number of guests working out at the same time without it feeling too crowded or busy.
Having stationary bikes and a rowing machine on the outside balcony was pretty cool and the view from the hotel gym overlooking the olive groves and the Ionian Sea was prefect.
The water offered was either filtered, flavored or refrigerated and they had main towels as well as cold towels. They even offered headphones and hyperice massage equipment was available too.

Whilst there’s a good selection of equipment, lower body options are limited – for example, there’re no adductor or hamstring focused machines. However, all that would simply be a luxury as we could find alternative ways to work out.
There’s a bonus: They have a Visbody machine which allows guests to measure all key health indicators such as metabolism, BMI, etc. However, it costs 100 EUR for the test.
I also discovered a fully outdoor working out area mostly used for classes like yoga, etc. However, it comes complete with a punching bag and weights. Pretty cool!

Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes! It’s a fantastic hotel gym!
