Dumbbells went up to 44 lbs/20 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench and a decline bench.
There’re also a few pin-operated machine – chest presses, leg extensions and lat pull-downs.
There’s also a cable machine with a few handles.
As for cardio, there’s a handful of different machines covering a cross-trainer, a treadmill, a stationary bike and a rowing machine.

The hotel gym is open from 8am to 8pm.
The equipment was well maintained and the hotel gym was clean and brightly lit.
I was positively surprised to see the had a cable tower.

No, the hotel gym was pretty good, but I wouldn’t stay there again because of that.
