Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.
There’s also a dual cable machine.
As for cardio equipment, there’re two cross-trainers, three treadmills, a Peloton bike, a stationary bike and a rowing machine.
Accessories include medicine balls, a Bosu ball, exercise balls and a mat.

The hotel gym is open 24/7 and everything is well-maintained and clean.
There’s a heated rooftop pool and beautiful views overlooking “A Mountain”.
I love a good Bosu ball for single leg RDLS for stability, so I was happy to see they had that.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes! I especially love the rooftop pool for laps. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming this time, but next time I’ll definitely be out there!
