Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’re two benches – one of them adjustable.

As for cardio equipment, there’re two rowing machines, three treadmills, two cross-trainers and a stationary bike.

Accessories include a Bosu ball, exercise balls, slam balls, medicine balls, elastic bands, a step bench and an exercise mat.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

Two out of three treadmills weren’t working and the pool was out of order despite this not being disclosed upon booking.

The dumbbells were the heaviest form of resistance equipment available.

Due to the medicine balls and exercise balls, functional and conditioning workouts are possible.

Otherwise, it was a lovely space with a balcony to sit outside and a small sauna is available.

The hotel gym and sauna is open from 5am to 11pm.
