Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s a pair of adjustable benches to work with as well.
There’s a Smith machine with a fair range of weight-plates and a dual cable machine with plenty of different attachments.
Pin-operated machines include leg curls, leg extensions, chest presses, shoulder presses chest flys and ab crunches.
As for cardio equipment, there’s a spinning-like bike, a rowing machine, three stationary bikes, treadmills and four cross-trainers.
Accessories include elastics, exercise mats, exercise balls and medicine balls.
