The hotel gym offers two barbells (44 lbs/20 kgs) with enough weight plates. In addition, there’re several curl bars (up to 53 lbs/24 kgs). There’s one rack for e.g. squats, deadlifts, rows and one for bench presses. Dumbbells go up to 31 lbs/14 kgs. You’ll also find a pulley tower, a lat machine, chest-press and leg extension machine, a bench for abs exercise and a station for dips and leg raises.

For cardio training, there’s a cross-trainer, two stationary bikes, a water rower and two treadmills.

The temperature in the room can be regulated by air conditioning.
