HOTEL GYM RATER

Time of visit: April 2023

There’re kettlebells (up to 53 lbs/25 kgs) and dumbbells (up to 30 lbs/14 kgs) as well as an adjustable bench.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’s a spinning bike, a Peloton bike, a treadmill and a cross-trainer.

As for accessories, there’re exercise mats, yoga blocks and a pair of medicine balls.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The hotel gym has limited equipment.

Opening hours are from 5:30am to 10pm.

The treadmill gave me a shock, as it wasn’t grounded properly on the hotel gym floor!

There’s a sauna and steam room, which is a nice bonus.

However, the gym is in the basement and has no view. When you are at a beautiful ski resort overlooking gorgeous mountains, why would you put the hotel gym in the basement?

In addition, it’s too hot in there. The temperature needs to be adjusted.

I wouldn’t stay there because of the hotel gym. I would only stay here because of the proximity to the mountain for skiing. People are here to ski, not use the hotel gym, I guess!
