There’re kettlebells and dumbbells (55 lbs/25 kgs) and two adjustable benches.
There’s also a dual cable machine as well as a machine for leg curls and leg extensions.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’s a cross-trainer, two treadmills and two spinning-like bikes.
As for accessories, there’s a Bosu ball, an exercise ball and a foam roller.

The hotel gym is open all day until 10 or 11pm.
It’s well-equipped for a hotel gym.
It was quite empty in the evening and always clean.
A lot of training can be done with dumbbells and cable pulls, but it’s a shame that there wasn’t any multi-press or horizontal bar. If so, it would’ve been perfect.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
No, I wouldn’t stay at the hotel just because of the hotel gym, but I’ve seen worse hotel gyms before – it’s surely workable for a week.
