There’s a range of pin-operated machines including seated leg press, lat pull-down and chest press. There’s also a cable machine and a Smith machine. There’s even a solid selection of dumbbells – up to 75 lbs/34 kgs – and a pair of adjustable benches. They have medicine balls, exercise balls, exercise mats and kettlebells too.
As for cardio equipment, there’s a spinning bike, two Peloton bikes, a rowing machine, two cross trainers and three treadmills.
