As for weight-based machines, they pretty much had machines targeting every area – for example, seated leg presses, leg extensions, leg curls, back extensions, shoulder presses and chest flys.

At the far end, there’re dumbbells (up to 70 lbs/34 kgs) along with two benches.

There’re tons of cross-trainers, treadmills, stationary bikes, and water rowers as well as a separate area suitable for spinning classes.

There’s also a room with exercise balls, a Bosu ball, medicine balls and elastic bands.

I was positively surprised to the that they had water rowers – it’s so good!

They offer classes such as morning stretching, yoga, abs and spinning classes but they’re not included. You have to pay to take these classes – and honestly, I tried the yoga class and it was terrible – I wouldn’t recommend it.

However, using the gym is all included and it’s beautiful with ocean view all around. Surrounding the gym area, there’s a walkway where people did their run or walks.

Yes, I loved it! I feel they had everything needed for a good workout.
